This new service will operate on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays from 4th May 2008, partially replacing services 800 and 805, and providing new links from Leyburn and Ribblehead. Connections are available at Buckden with service 874 to/from Kettlewell, Grassington, Bolton Abbey and Ilkley.

Services 807 and 808 are operated by Hutchinsons with financial support from the Dales & Bowland Community Interest Company, the Friends of the Settle Carlisle Line and North Yorkshire County Council.
