Pateley Bridge is served by a number of bus services, including an hourly service on weekday daytimes from Harrogate.
Harrogate & District Travel route 24 provides an hourly service to Harrogate throughout the day on Mondays to Saturdays, with five return journeys on Sundays. Four of the Sunday journeys now run year-round.
On Summer Sundays from May Day weekend until the end of September Pateley Bridge is served by the Nidderdale Rambler and Fountains Flyer services, with buses from Leeds, Otley, Harrogate, York and Ripon linking to Middlesmoor in Upper Nidderdale and Grassington in Wharfedale.
