DalesBus Services from Bradford to the Yorkshire Dales

Enjoy a scenic trip into the Yorkshire Dales from the Bradford Area

DalesBus 864 runs from Bradford and Shipley to Ilkley, Skipton and Malham every Sunday all year, with connecting buses from Ilkley to Bolton Abbey, Burnsall, Grassington, Kettlewell and Buckden.

Nidderdale DalesBus 820/821 runs from Keighley, Bingley and Shipley via Otley to the Washburn Valley, Pateley Bridge and Upper Nidderdale in Nidderdale National Landscape on Summer Sundays and Bank Holidays (services have now finished for summer 2024 season).

You can also travel from Bradford:

• on Flyer bus A2 to Harrogate to connect with bus 24 to Pateley Bridge (daily), bus 36 to Ripley and Ripon (daily) 
  
  
• on Airedale Line train to Skipton, for onward buses to Grassington, Malham, Settle, Clapham, Ingleton and Kirkby Lonsdale, and trains on the Settle Carlisle Railway.
  
  
• on Wharfedale Line train to Ilkley, for onward buses to Bolton Abbey, Grassington and Upper Wharfedale (no service on Tuesdays or Thursdays).

From Keighley you can catch Dalesway bus 66 (daily) to Skipton for onward buses into the Yorkshire Dales.
