Public Meeting and Annual General Meeting

On Saturday 9th March 2024 the Friends of DalesBus will be hosting a public meeting on "Restoring our Bus and Rail services to and within the Yorkshire Dales".  The meeting will include a talk by Colin Speakman, Vice Chair of Friends of DalesBus on "a new campaign for public transport to and within the Yorkshire Dales for a green and sustainable future" and a Question & Answer session with members of the committee.

The meeting will be held at The Narrowboat, Skipton starting at 2pm. Doors open at 1.30pm. 

It will be followed by The Friends of DalesBus AGM. Members and non-members are invited to attend both meetings.

The Narrowboat will be open from noon for food and drinks in advance of the meetings.

There are of course numerous bus and train services to Skipton.
